I want to book a vacation package, how can I do this?
We do not offer packaged travel that includes airfares. Skyline Vacation specializes in small independent sightseeing tours, excursions, attractions and events. For air ticket booking, please check our online flight booking system.

Skyline Vacation offers bookings for air or hotels. Please check the hotels and flights through our website.

Can you give me directions or maps from one place to another?
Skyline Vacation is able to assist you with any questions specifically relating to our products. We cannot answer your general travel questions. We do recommend you contact the local tourist or convention bureau, or an online provider of map information such as mapquest.

Do I need a Visa or passport or are there any special health requirements for this tour?
Skyline Vacation does not offer advice or information on visas, passports or health requirements. It is the responsibility of all travellers, regardless of the passport they hold, to check with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed. As these requirements are subject to change without notice, it is recommended that foreign visa, passport and health requirements are investigated prior to travel.

I am travelling in a group - do you cater for groups and/or have a group discount program?
Skyline Vacation accepts a maximum of 15 passengers per booking at one time. The travel services Skyline Vacation offers are specialized for independent travelers and small groups. We cannot guarantee that travellers in a large group will be seated together. At this time we are able to offer some special group discounts. Please contact our travel specialist for more details.

Where can I get Travel Insurance?
Skyline Vacation does not offer Travel Insurance. You should seek the advice your local licensed Travel Agent or Insurance company for a quotation. Skyline Vacation strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Skyline Vacation offers a wide range of individual tours, events and attractions, however cannot arrange customized tours. If you require something a little different to what's available online in our product range, please see your local licensed travel agent, or contact the travel bureau in the destination you are going to for more information.
